# Eventbrite Webhook Setup Guide

> Configure Eventbrite to deliver events to StackOne.

## Prerequisites

The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See [Getting Started](/connectors/eventbrite#getting-started) on the Eventbrite connector page.

<section data-guide-section data-guide-scopes="">
  <h2>Before you connect</h2>

  <p>Eventbrite subscribes webhooks at organisation level, so the connection needs to know which organisation to listen to.</p>

  <Steps>
    <Step title="Provide the Organization ID">
      <div data-guide-step data-guide-scopes="" data-guide-display-scopes-list="">
        <p>Enter the ID of the organisation whose events you want to receive in the <strong>Organization ID</strong> field. If you do not know it, connect the account first, run the <strong>List Organizations</strong> action, then reconnect using the value it returns.</p>
      </div>
    </Step>

    <Step title="One organisation per connection">
      <div data-guide-step data-guide-scopes="" data-guide-display-scopes-list="">
        <p>The subscription covers only the organisation you specify. If you administer several Eventbrite organisations, create a separate connection for each one.</p>
      </div>
    </Step>

    <Step title="The organisation must have at least one event">
      <div data-guide-step data-guide-scopes="" data-guide-display-scopes-list="">
        <p>Eventbrite requires the organisation to have at least one existing event before a webhook can be created. Provisioning will fail on an organisation that has none.</p>
      </div>
    </Step>
  </Steps>
</section>

<section data-guide-section data-guide-scopes="">
  <h2>What StackOne creates in Eventbrite</h2>

  <p>The subscription is provisioned automatically when the account is connected and removed again when it is disconnected.</p>

  <Steps>
    <Step title="A single organisation webhook">
      <div data-guide-step data-guide-scopes="" data-guide-display-scopes-list="">
        <p>One webhook is registered against the organisation and subscribed to every event type this connector supports. It is listed in Eventbrite alongside your other webhooks, together with its delivery history.</p>
      </div>
    </Step>

    <Step title="Do not modify or delete it in Eventbrite">
      <div data-guide-step data-guide-scopes="" data-guide-display-scopes-list="">
        <p>The subscription is managed by StackOne. Editing its endpoint or its actions interrupts delivery until the account is reconnected. Deleting it in Eventbrite is permanent and removes the webhook together with its delivery history.</p>
      </div>
    </Step>
  </Steps>
</section>

## Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
