  Enabled scheduled data sync on twelve list actions — employees, organisations, employing entities, work locations, work sites, teams, certifications, custom fields, cost centres, policies, leave categories and leave requests — so these collections can be kept in sync and searched without calling Employment Hero on every request. Each syncs by full refresh, because the Employment Hero API exposes no updated-since filter on any endpoint.
