# Connect Eka Care with Client Credentials – StackOne Hub

> Link a Eka Care account in the StackOne Hub using Client Credentials. End-user guide to authorize the integration and start using Eka Care actions.

  <h2>Generating a Sharing Key (optional)</h2>

  <p>A <strong>Sharing Key</strong> lets the connection act on another clinic's Eka workspace. Only add one when that workspace's owner has generated it for you; leave the field empty to use your own workspace.</p>

        <p>The workspace owner signs in to their <a href="https://hub.eka.care/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Eka Hub account</a>.</p>

          <li>In the sidebar, open <strong>Utilities</strong> and click <strong>API Token</strong>.</li>

        <p>On the <strong>API Token</strong> page, click <strong>Create New</strong>.</p>

        <p>In <strong>Create APIToken</strong>, fill in <strong>Name:</strong> and <strong>Description:</strong>, then click <strong>Save</strong>.</p>

          <li>Description: `Integration with StackOne`</li>

    <Step title="Copy the token">

        <p>Copy the value in the <strong>Token</strong> column of the new row and paste it into the <strong>Sharing Key</strong> field in StackOne Hub.</p>

          <li>Treat the token as a secret and store it securely for use later.</li>

  <h2>Find your MedAssist agent ID (optional)</h2>

  <p>The <strong>MedAssist Agent ID</strong> identifies your MedAssist agent. Only the MedAssist actions use it; leave it empty otherwise.</p>

    <Step title="Copy the agent ID">

        <p>Copy the ID shown under the agent name and paste it into the <strong>MedAssist Agent ID</strong> field in StackOne Hub.</p>

  <h2>Linking the Account from the Hub</h2>

  <Steps>
    <Step title="Navigate to the Hub">
      Use one of the three <a href="/connect/managing-connectors/linking-accounts">Linking Account Methods</a> to access the Hub.
    </Step>

    <Step title="Fill out the fields">
      Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:

      <ul>
        <li><strong>Sharing Key</strong> (Optional)</li>
        <li><strong>MedAssist Agent ID</strong> (Optional)</li>
      </ul>
    </Step>

    <Step title="Connect">
      <ul>
        <li>Click <strong>Connect</strong></li>
        <li>If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider's authorization flow.</li>
        <li>Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup</li>
      </ul>
    </Step>

  <p>If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your <a href="/gateway/concepts/linked-accounts">Accounts</a> page.</p>
