# Domo OAuth 2.0 connector profile – StackOne setup guide

> Set up the OAuth 2.0 connector profile for Domo in StackOne. One-time admin setup required before your users can link Domo accounts via Hub.

<Warning>You need the Create API OAuth Clients grant or an Admin role to create API clients.</Warning>

  <h2>Create an API client</h2>

  <p>Register an API client in your Domo instance to obtain a Client ID and Client Secret.</p>

    <Step title="Sign in to Domo">

        <p>Sign in to your <a href="https://www.domo.com/login" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Domo account</a>.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>Navigate to <strong>Admin</strong>.</li>
          <li>Under <strong>Authentication</strong>, select <strong>API Clients</strong>.</li>
        </ul>
      </div>

    <Step title="Create a new client">

        <p>Select <strong>Create</strong> to open the client creation modal.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>Enter a unique <strong>Name</strong> for the client (e.g., `StackOne Integration`).</li>
          <li>Enter a <strong>Description</strong> to capture the planned usage (required).</li>
        </ul>

    <Step title="Select scopes">

        <p>Select the scopes for the integration based on your needs (for example, Account, Audit, Buzz, Data, Dashboard, User, and Workflow).</p>

    <Step title="Copy credentials">

        <p>Click <strong>Create</strong> to generate the client. The Client ID and Client Secret are displayed.</p>

        <ul>
          <li>Copy both the <strong>Client ID</strong> and <strong>Client Secret</strong> and store them securely for use later.</li>
          <li>This is the only time the Client Secret is displayed — save it before closing the dialog.</li>

## Creating the StackOne Connector Profile

To create the Connector Profile in StackOne for <strong>Domo</strong>:

  <Step title="Navigate to Connector Profiles">
    Login to StackOne and navigate to [Connector Profiles](https://app.stackone.com/connector_profiles)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create New Connector Profile">
    <ul>
      <li>Click <strong>+ Connector Profile</strong></li>
      <li>Search for and select <strong>Domo</strong></li>
      <li>Select <strong>Type</strong> as <strong>OAuth 2.0</strong></li>

      <li>
        Fill out the fields using details retrieved from your provider:

          <li><strong>Client ID</strong></li>
          <li><strong>Client Secret</strong></li>
        </ul>
      </li>

      <li>(Optional) Select <strong>Actions</strong> to be enabled for this Connector Profile</li>
      <li>Click <strong>Create profile</strong></li>
    </ul>
  </Step>
