  `data-sync` `new-feature`

  Enabled scheduled data sync on six list actions: candidates, live jobs, closed jobs, company labels, custom field definitions and webhooks. These collections can now be kept in sync and read without calling Cezanne Recruit on every request. All six refresh in full each run, because no Occupop list endpoint exposes an updated-since filter. Job-scoped candidates and hiring flow steps are not included, because both require a job id and a sync could only ever cover a single job.
