# Braze Webhook Setup Guide

> Configure Braze to deliver events to StackOne.

## Prerequisites

The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See [Getting Started](/connectors/braze#getting-started) on the Braze connector page.

Stream events with a Custom Currents Export

This connector uses Manual Webhooks. Braze Currents sends message engagement and customer behavior events to the StackOne Native Webhook URL in batches of up to 100 events. StackOne routes each event in a batch to its own handler.

  <Steps>
    <Step title="Copy the Native Webhook URL">

After connecting your Braze account in StackOne, open the connected account and copy the Native Webhook URL field. It is only available after the account has been connected.

    </Step>

    <Step title="Create a Custom Currents Export">

In the Braze dashboard, go to Partner Integrations > Currents, click Create New Current, and choose Custom Currents Export.

If Create New Current is unavailable, your workspace has no Currents entitlements. Use Create New Test Current > Test Custom Currents Export instead; test Currents send up to 1,500 events per day.

    </Step>

    <Step title="Enter the endpoint">

Enter an Integration Name and a Contact Email for delivery alerts. Under Credentials, paste the StackOne Native Webhook URL into Endpoint and leave Bearer Token blank. The Native Webhook URL already identifies and authenticates the connection, so StackOne does not check the token.

    </Step>

    <Step title="Select events and launch">

Under Data Configuration, select the events you want StackOne to receive, then click Launch Current. Braze exports only the events you select.

Message Engagement Events can be ticked directly. For Customer Behavior and User Events and User Profiles and Attributes, switch on the section's Track toggle first to enable its checkboxes.

Leave the Field Transformation Configuration tab at its defaults. Transformations change the payload fields StackOne reads.

Braze sends up to 100 events per request. StackOne processes at most 50 events from a single request and acknowledges the rest without processing them. For high-volume workspaces, ask your Braze account manager to lower the Current's batch size to 50 or less.

    </Step>
  </Steps>

Receive transactional email status (optional)

If you send transactional emails with the Send Transactional Message action, Braze can post each status change (sent, processed, delivered, bounced, aborted) to StackOne.

  <Steps>
    <Step title="Set the postback URL">

In the Braze dashboard, go to Settings > Email Preferences, find Transactional Event Status Postback, paste the StackOne Native Webhook URL, and test the postback.

    </Step>
  </Steps>

## Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
