# Better Stack Webhook Setup Guide

> Configure Better Stack to deliver events to StackOne.

## Prerequisites

The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See [Getting Started](https://docs.stackone.com/connectors/betterstack.md#getting-started) on the Better Stack connector page.

## Enable webhook events

StackOne creates the Better Stack outgoing webhooks for you when you turn on webhook events, and deletes them when you turn the events off or unlink the account. You don't need to set anything up in Better Stack.

**1. Check the linked account's team**

Events come from one Better Stack team: the **Team Name** on a Global API Token or OAuth 2.0 connection, or the team the Incidents API token was created for.

Set **Team Name** in StackOne Hub when the organization has more than one team; otherwise the webhooks can't be created.

**2. Turn on the events in StackOne**

In your Connector Profile, turn on the webhook events you want. StackOne then adds **StackOne incident events** and **StackOne monitor events** to Better Stack under **Integrations** > **Exporting data** > **Outgoing webhooks**.

Don't edit or delete these two webhooks in Better Stack; StackOne manages them.

Changing the event selection replaces them with new ones.

## Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
