  Data Sync support for the two tenant-level collections that need no workspace or model scope - list\_workspaces and list\_models - so workspace and model inventory can be pulled on a schedule. Both full refresh on every run, because the Anaplan APIs expose no updated-since filter. No change to any action's request behaviour or inputs.
